Refund Policy

Cancellation by Passenger
If a passenger cancels a booking, the refund will be processed as per our cancellation policy. Cancellation charges may apply, and the refund will be credited to the original payment method within the specified timeframe.

Cancellation by SaiYatri
If SaiYatri cancels a booking due to vehicle unavailability or operational reasons, passengers will receive a full refund.

No-Show Policy
Passengers who do not show up for their scheduled journey without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within [X] business days from the date of cancellation or request. Additional time may be required based on bank or payment provider processing times.

Non-Refundable Charges
